Comacchio CH 450

As the latest piling rig in the GeMech fleet, the Comacchio CH450 is the ideal solution for job sites that require fast operating times.

This machine is totally self-erecting and can be transported in one piece with the kelly mounted. Once in place, the machine is easily offloaded from the truck and set up without the need for crane service. Lifting of the mast takes a few minutes and can be performed in complete safety.

The CH 450 is designed to cover a wide range of processes that include bored piles and continuous flight augered piles (CFA piles).

Soilmec SR30

As a duel purpose rig, our Soilmec SR-30 works in CFA mode and can be converted to install rotary bored piles if required.

ABI TM11

Our ABI TM11 machine is uniquely adapted for ground improvement through the installation of vibro stone columns using a top-feed system.

With 9.0t of crowd force, this rig is well placed to deal with a variety of ground conditions.

GEAX EK110

The GEAX EK110 is a multi-purpose piling rig designed to achieve the highest levels of versatility, ease of use, manoeuvrability, transportation, production and reliability.

This machine is configured to operate in various different piling modes including rotary kelly piling, CFA piling and driven piling.

CAT 330 Vibro

Our CAT 330 is specially adapted for ground improvement through installation of vibro stone columns.

Although the CAT 330 is our oldest ground improvement rig, this machine is seen as the ‘workhorse’ of the fleet and has successfully completed over 500 projects and is still running strong.

Soilmec R312-200

The Soilmec R-312 is suitable for bored piles and continuous flight auger piles (CFA).

As one of our strongest and most modern machines in our fleet, the Soilmec R-312 is know for its new powerful rotary high speed drilling and easy transportation. On top of this, this machine can be transported with rotary and kelly bar installed, reducing the total rig up time.

With a setup time of as little as 20 minutes from the point of arrival at the job site, the Soilmec R-312 is easy to use and handle with a wide range of accessories and low operating costs.

GEAX EK75

The EK series machines are multi-purpose rigs able to operate in various different drilling modes such as telescopic Kelly piling, CFA, and hydraulic hammer. This machine has been intelligently designed to ensure that it is versatile, efficient, and operator friendly.

Although the GEAX EK75 may have a compact footprint, it has comparable performance to bigger rigs, with the ability to drill through hard ground and work in demanding site conditions without compromising on results.

The clever engineering of the GEAX EK75 combines a digger base and a mast system, which gives the operator complete control and allows them to get closer to the wall piling than ever before.

Hutte HBR204MP

The Hutte HBR204MP is a vertical drilling multi-purpose drilling machine capable of performing, CFA, SFA, Cased Sectional Auger and large diameter DTH hammer foundation drilling.

What makes this machine so versatile is suitability for all drilling conditions and restricted access sites, capable of out-performing the larger piling rigs with a 150kN crowd force.

Vermeer HL2500

The IHC Vermeer MT piling machines are suitable for various foundation methods.

The product range consists of a wide range of specialized equipment and machines which are dedicated to operate in jobsites with limited access or headroom. The IHC Vermeer MT, HL 2500 is suitable for bottom and top drive pile driving and is powered by the integrated diesel engine or optional by a separate electric generator.

CASAGRANDE C60

The Casagrande C60 hydraulic crawler crane offers a practical solution for a large range of applications from lifting operations to diaphragm walls or bored piling.

This machine is of robust design in order to withstand the rigors of site. They mount heavy duty winches with controlled or free fall mode of operation.

The controls and hydraulic system are versatile, used for dynamic compaction operations on GeMech sites. The control system will help the operator maximize performance whilst reducing down-time.
